Who we are
Sumeru Hospitality Services provides after-hours reservations and online guest response support for boutique and independent hotels.
Our leadership has hands-on experience in reservations, front office, and operations in San Francisco hotels. We understand real-world hotel pressure, brand tone, and guest expectations — and we built this service to help hotels extend overnight coverage without adding local night shifts.
Alongside our services work, we are a registered company developing Sumeru Inn, a remote lodge project in Nepal (currently under renovation and development). Our hospitality services work is independent of that project and is grounded in professional operating standards and real US hotel experience.
